MAINTENANCE

Our maintenance team offer a range of services, whether as part of a package post-project or taking on an existing setup and making sure it is professionally looked after. We offer a range of service level agreements depending on response times and whether you need people on site or if remote assistance works best. We can even arrange equipment loans during repair windows and can schedule preventative maintenance visits periodically to keep all your kit working smoothly.

Preventative Maintenance package:

HELP DESK SERVICE

Our Help Desk team are there to be your first point of contact, whether it be for a newly developed fault or for a question about your organisations AV/IT installation. The team will deploy and coordinate engineers with the correct skill set for your particular need and ensure that you are kept up to date with progress. Knowing that your technology infrastructure is being looked after by field specialists allows you to get on with your business.

REMOTE SERVICES

Working at Home’s remote monitoring team can proactively monitor your AV and collaboration technology setup, ensuring maximum up time and allowing us to interact with both your users and onsite technical staff. We can keep an eye on your systems throughout each hour of the day and be immediately on hand to deal with any requests or issues as they occur. A video conference can now be all about communicating, whilst we take care of the technology
